Where’s my Tracking Number?

It may take several hours for you to receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number in the past 24 hours, first check your Promotion/Spam/Junk Mail before contacting us, sometimes they get tossed in those folders. If you still are not finding your tracking number email us at OrganicKratomUSA@gmail.com and we will get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Rest assured your package is on the way. It may take several hours for you tracking number to update. Due to large drop offs, packages are not always scanned immediately. If you have received a tracking number from us your package is undoubtedly on the way.

We promise to ship your order within 1-3 days when receiving your order online. Our order cut off time is 4:00 CST Monday-Friday. Any orders received after the cut off time; we will ship at our own discretion. We will not ship to Arkansas, Alabama, Indiana, Vermont, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.
